Macintosh Repair Rates On-site Service & Data Recovery
For on-site service we are less than the AppleCentre and our other competitors.
Our consultants are far more experienced than the newly qualified geek you a likley to get from other providers.
On-site service is $132 per hour, 1 hour minimum.
Most service calls are only 1 hour.
Travel is $88 within the Sydney metro area.
Outer metro travel by quotation.
Workshop labour is $99 per hour, with a typical turnaround of only 48 hours

Our rates for data recovery are very competitive
On average we charge only $350 to recover and restore your data from a failing hard disk. INCLUDING installing a new hard drive in your Mac and setting up the system software.
You won't have to pay between $700 and $2500 that other data recovery services charge just to get your data
Phone support for customers is Free for quick questions
Longer calls are charged at $15 for 15 minutes.
If you have ongoing support requirements discount pre-paid blocks are available. Call for a quote.
For larger jobs, day and half day rates are available. Ask for a free quote.
Priority Emergency Service is $198/hour plus $132 travel.
Provides 2 hour response and appointments outside business hours.

We can provide cost effective, remote support using your broadband connection and phone. All you need to do is download and install a small program which takes about 2 minutes. We make an appointment to phone you and talk through the problem. Any necessary repairs can be made securley by remote control as if we were sitting in front of it.
Hard disk failed? We are very successful and cost effective at recovering lost data. We are oftern less than half the cost that other recovery services quote.
We can recover data from corrupted or formatted disks. We can install a new disk in your Mac, install a fresh Mac OS, install all your programs and restore your data. Even severe mechanical problems can be overcome by a clean room hardware rebuild.
